• 500g bulgar-wheat
  • 200g noodles
  • 2 onions
  • 2 tomatoes
  • 70g olive oil
  • 2 spoons tomatoe paste
  • 1 vegetables cube
  • salt
  • sugar
  • black pepper


  • Wash the bulgar-wheat well and let it dain.

How to cook:

  • Cut the onions into strips and and fry them with olive oil and the noodles until they get a light gold color.
  • Cover the bulgar-wheat in a pot with warm water.
  • Stir offten.
  • Add the tomatoe paste, the vegetables cube and a pinch of salt, pepper and sugar.
  • Chop the tomatoes into a slicy pieces and add them to the bulger-wheat.
  • When is almost ready add the fry onions with the noodles ans stir them all well.
  • If needed add some extra water.
  • Serve with a yoghurt.
